This page explains our consultation fees and billing arrangements for a variety of types of patients, as well as our cancellation policy, to ensure appointments remain available for others in need.

Priority Assessments

Priority ADHD Assessment: You can receive a priority ADHD evaluation within three (3) business days from the receipt of your referral. This diagnostic assessment includes sessions with our psychiatrist, the fee is $990 per session. The second session will also be arranged on a priority basis and can be completed one to two weeks after the initial session.
Complex ADHD Assessments: ADHD assessments that are deemed to have diagnostic complexity are also billed at $990 per session, and are completed over two 45-minute sessions with our psychiatrist. The presentation is deemed complex if the patient is assessed for, or is likely to be diagnosed with, a major psychiatric condition in addition to ADHD.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment, please telephone our clinic during business hours and allow at least 48-hours (2 business days) notice.

Cancellations inside the 48-hour period, and no shows, will attract our cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your account. This fee must be paid before future appointments will be offered.
